Walk or bike a mile along the bayou to City Park or on the Laffite Greenway to the French Quarter. Walking distance to Jazz Fest!brGuests will arrive and have access to coffee, sugar and creamer. There are two main bedrooms and a small independent third bedroom with a full bed. Two full bathrooms with shower/baths. The house has original wood floors and plenty of charm. You can watch (or join) people playing bocci ball, softball, and soccer in the park across the street. Guests will also have access to the grassy backyard equipped with a picnic table and string lights. Porch and yard are shared with the owners. As the owner and his family live on the other side, please be keep the noise down after 10pm. No parties please :)brThere is keyless entry with a code, so check in is super easy. I will be able to help with suggestions and any issues that should arise. I live on the other side of the double house but I'm usually traveling or out and about.
