This bright apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and quiet areas of Ostia, just 2 minutes walk from the beach and about 6 minutes walk from the Stella Polare stop of the Rome-Lido railway, which allows you to reach the center of Rome in about 30-40 minutes. Its strategic position near the sea and not far from the city makes this structure the ideal place for those looking for a seaside but also cultural holiday. The apartment is located on the third floor (without elevator) and consists of two large double bedrooms, one of which with a balcony overlooking the sea, a third bedroom with a single bed, a large living room with a sea view, a kitchen with a service balcony, and two bathrooms with large showers recently renovated. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, wifi internet, washing machine, air conditioning (present in all bedrooms and in the living room) and fully equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is residential and equipped with all kinds of services.
