Located on the second floor of the historic Berquist & Nelson Drugstore building that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, you’ll reach Vetehuset-Plantera+Skorda (Swedish for “the Wheat House-Plant and Harvest”) by taking the private elevator from the carport to the second floor. It is housed inside a structure mimicking a grain elevator, hence the name of the apartment. A lovely vestibule is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee as you check your email or plan your day.br brGuests enter either apartment into a welcoming living room. Both feature a cozy sofa and two chairs forming a lovely conversation area, while convenient coffee and end tables make it simple to enjoy a beverage or snack. You’ll love the unusual artwork created by a local artist.br brOnce settled in, you’ll want to break out the novel you’ve been planning to read.
