It features a beautiful newly renovated private swimming pool on a 3/4 acre lot with manicured landscaping, and ample patio furniture for enjoying time in the sun and around the pool. There is plenty of space for the kids to play in the back yard or up front in the quiet cul-de-sac, plus they will love 1/4 Court Basketball area with 10ft goal, playing pool volleyball (supplied), or playing ping pong in the finished basement. The pool deck with two umbrella tables and outdoor BBQ grill are perfect for family birthday parties or reunions. Major highway access is only 5 minutes away and most of the sought after Kansas City attractions such as The Plaza, Legends Racetrack, Arrowhead Stadium & Worlds of Fun theme parks are within a 15-30 minute drive.

All done up with antique americana items including victorian wear.br* The Sports Room: features a 4 Piece queen size antique bedroom set and an extra antique twin bed with various vintage sports ensembles.br* The Hat Room: features 1 queen bed with 150 + antique and vintage hats and 10 dress forms with victorian wear.br* The Wildlife Room: features 2 twin size beds, large office desk, many pieces of taxidermy animals, mostly birds.brbrThe living room features a fireplace and bar and large flatscreen TV with more antique items such as hat wearing taxidermy and WW II propeller.brThe Kitchen features 5 burner gas stove, eat in kitchen with harvest table that seats 8, and a complimentary Candy bar (to satisfy your sweet tooth).brThe Dining Room features an antique piano and dining table to seat an additional 6 people.brThe Outdoor features a seasonal swimming pool (Pool will open May 2025 and closes mid Sept 2025) and large patio with lounge chairs and several tables and chairs (enough to accommodate seating for 30 + people . Lots of sports equipment provided. brI'm onsite residing in the lower half the of house, however, I will stay out of sight to make your stay more private. The house is 3 levels you will have the upper 2 levels while I'm in the bottom third. If you are interested in feeding them, I can definitely arrange that for you and your group.brbrPLEASE NOTE: ALL 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor, there are 16 stairs to climb before reaching them.
