We are now renting our paradise/summer getaway!! A perfect location and setup for your family!! Located in Antler Acres just 3 miles from the Honey Creek State Park boat ramp. Our newer modern mobile home is situated on a peaceful corner lot, with a very nice view. Great neighborhood setting, with 2 lots worth of yard space for games and campfires. We have lots of room for parking, including your boat or jet skis. brbr Nice large front deck overlooking a great view of our neighbor's pond and the great outdoors. The pond is not ours and therefore can't be fished in. brThe home has an open-concept living room with a full kitchen area. Gas grill on the back deck for cooking outdoors. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and a master bath, the other has a full-size bed with 2nd bathroom close by. The bedrooms are located on each end of the rental. brbrOur rental sleeps 4 people comfortably and there is a futon in the living room that folds out and will sleep, 2 guests. brbr You will find great roads to safely take those nice refreshing walks and just an all-around great neighborhood.brbr*Central Airbrbr*Keyless entry on the front sliding glass door and back door. brbr* No Parties or large gatherings on our property brbr* No motor homes or campers are allowed on our propertybrbr* Out of respect for our neighbors, No fireworks are allowed on our property at any time. brbr*WE DO NOT OWN THE POND AND THEREFORE NO FISHING IS ALLOWEDbrbr*No smoking in our rental. brbr*We do have 2 outside outlets for those that need to charge their trolly motors. brWe do have extension cords available so let us know if you are going to need one.brbr *A fish cleaning station is also available at our rental. With tons of shade from the numerous trees, that you will appreciate after a long day on the Lake. There's a nice swing set to relax on or just turn the kiddos loose on it to keep them occupied while you enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding neighborhood. It has an inground firepit with FREE Firewood, a fish cleaning station (with nearby water and electricity), and a few outdoor games as well. Rathbun Lake is one of Iowa's largest and finest lakes with over 11,000 acres of water, 155 miles of shoreline, inviting coves and great water quality. This combined with the beautiful oak and hickory timber and thousands of acres of restored native grasslands, provides a wonderful setting to enjoy the great outdoors. There are 21,000 acres of public land offering swimming, boating, hunting, golf, trails, eight parks, marina and off road ATV park. Cabin has a large partially covered deck on the front and a fire ring in the back yard.
