Trash collection occurs on Tuesday by 6 AM. Please set out the trash the night prior and return the containers Tuesday evening after picking up.br3. Thermostat:br The thermostat controls both the air conditioning and heating. You can adjust it using the remote control provided.br4. Your unique passcode for entering the property is 1980. To open the front door, use this code. To lock the door press to lock image on the deadbolt upon closing the door. Please keep this code confidential and notify me immediately if you encounter any issues with it.br5. Garage Access:br The passcode for the garage is 1567. Press the lock to secure the garage deadbolt. If you need any further assistance with the garage, please let me know. br6. Pet Care: (Pets are not allowed)br7.
