Award-Winning, Eco-Friendly Property

Very well appointed and maintained house with lots of amenities. Spacious and plenty of natural light. Very nice deck. A few points to note: Bathroom door and floor boards creak. Using the bathroom or kitchen at night disturbs others. Property is on a busy road near train tracks. Noisy traffic and trains!

Cozy, comfortable, and homey

We stayed at this wonderful house for our daughter’s senior year Illini Dads Weekend and everything about it was absolutely perfect!! The rooms were modern yet cozy and spacious. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was great with strong water pressure and ample supplies. The outdoor space is very cool. If the weather had been warmer, we’d have spent time on the deck. The hosts Nancy and Sumanth were so gracious, and strong with regard to communication and clear direction. My husband and my only regret is that we didn’t find this amazing property earlier in our child’s college journey. If we had, we would have been repeat renters year after year in a heartbeat! We really felt right at home here!

Lovely house, clean and private.

Property is very nice, back porch is awesome. Property listing is deceiving as the house is practically one giant room. Location is on a busy street so it is loud but had no issues at all. Hosts are quick and helpful, would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, and super nice! The amenities in the house made staying there very convenient and easy! We felt very safe with all the security measures. The back patio and grill was amazing! We had such a good time hanging out on the deck! It is a great place to stay!
