Beautiful creekside home near UIUC

Great little property within easy driving distance to campus and other spots. Clean, quiet, spacious, and well furnished, it was the perfect house for our family of 5!

This was my first time booking and this one set my expectations through the roof. The rooms were so comfortable and spacious. Loved the area it was in and overall would book again. Extremely cute and clean house!

House is as described. Huge backyard in a lovely neighborhood. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. House was comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. I would stay here again when in the area.

This house is much bigger than it looks from the outside! Very clean! No bugs or unwanted critters, considering it is right next to a beautiful creek. The only thing we missed was having some ambient lighting, some table lamps or something other than the overhead lighting everywhere. But maybe theft has been a problem for the owner in the past (?) Also know that if you plan on arrive any earlier than 4pm, check in with the owner for permission, because the door will not open until EXACTLY 4pm. Accidentally found that out the hard way, but Karen was nothing but helpful after I called in a panic after arriving at 3:30pm wondering why the lock wouldn’t work. My bad! Great property!

Reasonably priced place to stay for a weekend in Champaign. We really enjoyed our stay.

At the property to be able to attend my high school son‘s graduation. He lives in champaign with his dad.The house was clean accessible. It was less than 10 minutes away from every destination that we need to attend. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.They were little things that would be helpful like having a place to hang up towels and wash clothes after using the shower, maybe a couple of lamps so that the only light in the house wasn’t the overhead lights.

My husband, college student son, and I stayed at this property over Christmas with our family dog. This house is well-appointed, spotlessly clean, with a nice, fenced-in yard. The beds are comfortable, great water pressure, and the check-in process is incredibly easy. It’s in a safe neighborhood in a convenient location and we will absolutely book again.

Was perfect for a weekend visit to Champaign. Not too far from Illinois campus and Memorial Stadium. House was clean and had everything we needed. Host was super responsive to questions.

The place was perfect for our needs. Having 2 living spaces worked perfectly for 5 adults. Snacks and waters were a nice added touch. Close to the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. Plenty of supplies for cooking. Liked that shampoo and soaps were supplied.

Overall, just want to say I appreciate how responsive snd helpful the property manager was. Had a few questions here and there, and always received a quick response from her. The place was perfect and charming. Location was perfect. Clean and up to date. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

The space was perfecter us; master suite with private bathroom with walk in shower, second bedroom with a queen bed, third bedroom with bunk beds, and a second bathroom. Two living areas both with televisions, separate dining room, nice kitchen and a very large fenced in backyard and a washer and dryer. Nice walking path across the street that goes along a creek. Quiet neighborhood, close to UOI and airport. Would definitely stay here again!!
