The entire Llyn Peninsula is perfect for a day trip. Borth-y-Gest is the ideal base from which to explore the rest of North Wales, from Anglesey to the Wales Coast Path; it's secluded enough to feel like a true retreat, but close enough to all the action to be a must-see at any time of year.
