One living room has a new a fold down leather Eurolounger that can provide comfortable additional bedding for up to 2 guests and can be used as a 4th bedroom (no door). 2 of the 3 bedrooms feature king size beds and beach inspired bedding and artwork. The 3rd bedroom features both a queen size bed and a twin xl bed to comfortably sleep 3. All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs, beach-white bedroom furniture, Ralph Lauren Polo blankets and built in closet organizers. The 2 full bathrooms are down the hall (one has a zero entry shower with rainfall showerhead).
