You will love your vacation here with us in this renovated, family friendly 1900 square foot home.brbr ️ Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82°F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off. Note, these numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool. Additionally, the heater is a heat pump and will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees.brbrWe want you to feel right at home, but we also want to keep things comfortable for all guests and neighbors. Please keep these guidelines in mind during your stay:brbr No smoking indoors – You're welcome to smoke outside, just please dispose of butts responsibly.brbr No parties or events – Our neighborhood is quiet, so please keep noise to a respectful level.brbr Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM – Need to arrive early or leave late Let us know! Hourly rates may apply.brbr Minimum rental age – The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.brbr Nightly Rate – Based on standard occupancy. Additional guest fees may apply for groups that exceed the standard occupancy, up to the maximum occupancy limit.brbr Guest list required – For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.brbr Sign the rental agreement – Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.brbr Parking – The double car garage fits 1 car, and the driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars. Grass parking is also available. Street parking is not allowed as it is a main road. brbr PET POLICYbrPets are welcome with prior approval only.
