Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.brbr2. No parties or events allowed.brbr3. Pets allowed. We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:brbr• We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.br• No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 40 pounds.br• Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.br• Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated.brbr4. Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information.brbr5. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.brbr6. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).brbr7. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $250 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.brbr8. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.brbr9.
