The patio gets both a decent amount of shade and sun all year long so perfect for reading or BBQing. The pool is spacious and the boat dock is perfect for fishing or just watching the boats go by as the sun melts away in the water. Explore all the local eateries/ bars and music - so many within walking distance. Our condo OPENS into a TV/Room with Queen size Murphy “wall “ bed (sleeps 2) equipped with a swivel chair, Roku TV, and to the right is the queen size master bedroom with a cable TV and Full Bath with handrails. As you continue into this spacious condo you will find a walk-in kitchen with all amenities and a two seat bar area followed by a comfortable living area with a pull out queen size sofa bed & loveseat, swivel chair, smart cable TV - and a beautiful three door slider with expansive water views leading out to a large, screened in Lanai with a four chair table plus…where you can read a book or a have a cocktail or dinner while enjoying the boats coming and going and the occasional pod of dolphin swimming by. Right beyond the LR is a 6 person dining table for family dinners or game/card playing, and finally to the right of table is the second full size bathroom with vanity area, shower/tub. We welcome families and children. There is fishing from the docks, boat and bike rentals down the road, walking distance to popular Restaurants/shops in Olde Marco, a 5 - 10 minute drive to local beaches. Tennis racquets, pickle ball paddles, beach towels, chairs, beach umbrellas, pails, shovels etc , and two bikes are available in unit for use with care. Please Enjoy your stay and treat our place as it is your own. We hope you love it as much as we do! All we ask is that you return whatever you use - in the same “clean” condition that it was found.
