This 4 bedroom plus 1 extra bedroom villa (additional cost) offers accommodation spacious enough for a large group or family, complete with a private pool, games room and being within walking distance of local amenities.brbrThe villa is surrounded by a mature garden with pine trees which allow for some amazing shaded areas - ideal for children to play. There is a large private swimming pool furnished with sun loungers for all guests and a shaded dining area for alfresco dining.brbrThe villa has three levels: at the level of the garage and the pool there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a games room with a pool table.brbrOn the ground floor is the living-dining room which opens south facing onto a large veranda.
