Stayed Aug 23, 2024Lovely villa in a peaceful location. Walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. The lively town of Alberfeira was a short taxi drive away. The hosts were really helpful and checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024Had a wonderful holiday at Villa Protea with family. Villa immaculately clean, beautiful pool and garden area. Enjoyed having the table tennis and pool tables. We didn't hire a car and managed fine. Less than 15 minute walk to pretty beach. A few restaurants within walking distance but Ubers really cheap to get to the Marina and old town. Sonia the manager always contactable via Whatsapp, quickly responded to any queries. Can highly recommend Villa Protea

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Contact was always there but at a disquite distance. Cleaners were efficient and professional. Couple of extra pans for family cooking.

Stayed Jun 24, 2023Loved the stay, good villa, cheep Ubers make local towns and restraints accessible. Bit of a 20 min walk up hill back to the villa from the beach but pool very nice. A few very good local restraints.

Stayed Oct 19, 2022Lovely place to stay, fabulous pool and excellent facilities. Lots of space and very clean. We had a car, and Oct very quiet so no probs getting around. Excellent comms with the hosts, they were extremely helpful for everything. The oven is very slow as doesn't get very hot - but that is the only thing, everything else fab!! Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Stayed Sep 5, 2022The property overall was good although it is a strange arrangement with kitchen on the ground floor and outdoor eating area on the lower level which made it difficult transferring food down two flights of stairs. The Villa would benefit from some refurbishment, the bathrooms need updating, particularly the shower in the first ground floor bathroom which is far too small. The garden and pool area was lovely, which is where we spent most of our time. Lovely restaurants not too far away so within walking distance.

Stayed May 23, 2022Just returned from a 7 night stay at this villa with 9 family members. Both the indoor and outdoor space amply accommodate families needs for fun,entertainment (pool/pool table/table tennis/bbq),and relaxation (indoor/outdoor dining). The location suited us beautifully with some great beaches within walking distance,nice restaurants and only €8-10 for an Uber into Albufeira main strip. Self check in/out very easy and great contact with host. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and recommend.
