Villa 10mns walk from the beach, private pool, wifi, barbecue, air condic

We were very disappointed with the condition of the pool. As explained to the Host, the flappers at the skimmers were missing (pool man said broken because of people jumping in the pool!) and there was hardly any suction in the skimmer. There were a lot of leaves in the pool during our first week. (Gardener needed to remove dead branches and leaves from trees and bushes - all looked unkempt). When the pool was running leaves would typically float past the skimmer as no suction to draw them in. If one did, when the pool stopped running it would just float back out again! The usual dirt/pollen/dust etc. you typically find on the surface of a pool was never removed because of the total inefficiency of the pool set-up. Very disappointing.The headrests on the main sofa in the lounge were broken which made watching TV extremely uncomfortable. I notified the Host of a protruding nail - pointed end - on the sofa arm, on which fortunately neither of us cut our arms. I told the Host I had covered the nail end with padding and to repair this after we left.Thank you to Helena for providing a teapot. A pizza tray and cutter would have been useful and some SHARP knives. The maid service was excellent and greatly appreciated.

Everything as expected. Good communications with Helena. It really is a 10 minute walk to a beach. Car not needed, although we used taxis a few times for supermarkets and town visits. Lovely place to stay for our family of 7

Lovely spacious villa, communication was good from Helena. The Villa was spotlessly clean. We stayed for 10 nights and had a clean half way through with new towels and linen change. The location was good we used Ubers a lot to go to the old town, harbour and visited the water park. Helena helped us book a days golf too. If I had to find any fault in anything I’d say the beds are a bit hard (but you can’t please everyone!) Beautiful pool and gardens. The villa has 3 recently refurbished bathrooms. We’ve stayed in a lot of villas over the years and although not the most modern it was great for us! We had a lovely holiday and would return. Thank you for having us!

Lovely villa, clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The pool and bbq area were great for us and a nice area to spend time! Uber’s were easy and cheap enough to get into the old town, marina and the strip!Would definitely return!

Second visit to this great property lovely relaxing holiday

The perfect family getaway. Brilliantly located, loads of good restaurants within walking distance, Albufeira marina 5 minutes up the road. Quiet area, lovely pool. Frankly, the only criticism is that the pictures don't do it justice! 10/10

Clean spacious villa, both inside and outside. Kitchen facilities were good and a lovely welcome touch with providing sunglasses for our three girls. Pool good size and temperature, which was needed as it was very hot when we went. Great location for a number of good restaurants. I would recommend this to others.

Really lovely Villa - great location and great facilities. Exactly as we hoped for a truly amazing holiday. Thank you to the hosts who were very responsive if we needed anything. Highly recommend this villa.

Lovely property excellent grounds including fruit trees, pool large and had plenty of space for sunbathing ?. Lovely area and very nice restaurants, would definitely stay again.
