This perfect family villa offers spacious, light and airy accommodation on one level, with spectacular sea views to the east, south and south-west, and a private swimming pool, which has the option of being heated (see rules and policies/house rules/custom rules). Note that heating the pool can take several days depending on the water starting temperature, the air temperature, if there’s a breeze, the hours of sunshine and whether or not the pool cover/thermal blanket is in place, with the latter being the only variable that we have control over, and so it is in your interest to give us as much notice as possible.brbrWe will always do our best to accommodate your arrival and departure requirements, whether that be an earlier or later than 4pm check-in, or an earlier or later than 10am check-out. Note that very late arrivals after 9pm can be accommodated for a late check-in fee of 100 euros, payable to the girls on arrival. brbrFibre broadband / hi speed internet. The unit is continuously cool as a result of a constant gentle sea breeze . It has a great sunroom/glassed in veranda furnished with a small teak table and chairs which will allow you to watch the sun rise while having your morning coffee, in the same area there are also 2 recliners chairs which will enable you to overlook both the beach and sea. The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, a dripp coffee maker, toaster, juicer, crockery and cutlery. In the dining area there is a table with 3 chairs. In the living area is 32” flat screen TV. There is a washing machine in an adjoining area to the kitchen. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities such as a bath/shower, hair dryer, and a small window to the interior patio.brbrThe location is perfect in every way. Not only is it within a stone’s throw from the beach which can be accessed by a pedestrian bridge but it is also within walking distance to many shops, pharmacies, museums, public transportation, restaurants and terraces as well as the rather quaint ‘old town’ area.
