Two kitchens in the property. Both fully equipped and owners had put plenty of stuff including water milk eggs beer and other things. Very well organized Emilio and his wife the friendliest of people you can meet. Very caring and looked after us well. House was clean and secure. Poll was well maintained. Overall one of our best holiday accommodation in the last 10 years visiting Alicante.

Excellent villa with plenty of space for 9 of us. Close to bars and the beach.Excellent tram service a short walk away and easy to use.The hosts were extremely helpful and provided us with everything we needed.One of our party needed to go to the local hospital and the hosts took us there and stayed with us,going in with my daughter who was given a prescription for medicine and cream. They then drove us to a 24 hour chemist and then dropped us back at the villa.As hosts they went over and beyond to help us.The booking and correspondence was efficient.

Great location,handy for tram service into central Alicante; good amenities & Owners Maruja and Emilio are fantastic.

Firstly Emilio and his wife are amazing friendly host, our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until the early hours, they waited at the villa to welcome us and made sure we was ok and had food drinks and water waiting for us, they came by a couple of times in the week to clean the pool and garden area, Emilio even gave my partner and kids a lift to the airport after our stay, upstairs is a amazing big space, 1 double bedroom with bathroom and 2 twin rooms, the living room is big and open with amazing aircon throughout, kitchen has everything you need to make easy dinners and 2 fridges we used 1 for food and the other for drinks, downstairs is 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, shower and sofa bed in living space, my older children loved staying there. Outside is fantastic, pool was amazing and used everyday by everyone to cool off and float around for hours, you have a trampoline that my 2 year old and 11 year old loved, basketballs and hoop, table football, pool table, darts, bikes, car track with planes and cars and a lovely water fountain feature. Supermarkets are around a 10 minute walk in 2 directions, local beach is 8 minute walk with a few shops and restaurants, it wasn’t busy and was lovely sand with a couple of parks for the kids to play on, we went for a lovely meal at the local steak house, amazing food and drink and very welcoming. Honestly a great stay was had by all, only downside was we only stayed a week, definitely returning for 2 weeks next time.

You could not ask for better hosts! They made us feel so welcome and had so much in this property that just gives it that extra special touch. Emilio and Maruja were so helpful and willing to make our stay the best it could be. We would definitely return ❤️

We spend an 8 days holiday in Alicante villa with our family and relatives. All together we were 8 grown up persons from Finland. The location was very good for us. The environment was quiet and it was easy to travel with the local TRAM train around Alicante. So we didn't have to hire a car. The beach and good food markets were nearby. That made staying fluent. The villa was very suitable for our crew. There were many rooms and two kitchens and three toilets. Both kitchens were well equipped. Upstairs there was a large living room, which was very suitable for eating and social conversation too. In the yard there was a nice swimming pool, a grill and a shadowy big area with many tables. We didn't have any children in our crew, but the yard is also very suitable for families with small children. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They wanted to help us to make our visit in Alicante as pleasant as possible. They gave us information about local things. They helped our son to find a really good Spanish Alhambra guitar. The hosts came to clean the swimming pool often so it stayed very clean.

Emillio and Maruja greeted us when we arrived at the property. They gave us a tour of the property and even had sweets for our granddaughter. The beer in the fridge was a lovely surprise for the grownups! They also gave us a supply of water and a provisions in the cupboard and well as the shampoo and shower gel. They took the 'boys' for a tour of the area in the car so they could get an idea of the location. The tram system was explained and used every day. The villa is in a residential area and there was probably a 20 minute walk in all directions to get the tram, to the beach or restaurants. The pool was cleaned every other day and was lovely to use at the end of the day. Our 4 year old granddaughter wore the float jacket provided and gained a great deal of confidence swimming in the water. Good outdoor TV to watch the euro football. The other outdoor facilities such as table football, pool table, trampoline and backetball hoop kept everyone entertained. The child battery powered quad bike was a great hit! A wide range of cooking facilities including outdoor bbq and paella gas ring. (Which regrettably we didnt get round to using) Highly recommend to anyone with a range of family members.

5 mins from tram stop which takes you into alicante in 15 mins or up the coast the other way. Good access to two beaches about 10 min walk and lots of bars and restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood and very Spanish. Very good value for money. Emilio is a good host, very friendly and kind.
