From this peaceful environment, it is difficult to believe that you are only 15-20 minutes from the center of Naples and one hour from Rome by train. The apartment is unique and is part of a villa with garden and swimming pool which made it a true oasis after visiting the city.br With the sea, the beach, bars, pizzerias, shops and restaurants so close it is very nice to stay here.br The patio is equipped with a hammock, table and chairs for 8 people. The garden has a solarium with 2 sunbeds, a sofa and two armchairs, there are also some benches in wood and stone. br The living room is airy and inviting.br In the evening you can hear the noise of birds from the nearby gardens while sitting comfortably on the sofa, reading a good book or simply relaxing after a walk in nature. The kitchenette is included in the dining room, has just been renovated and is designed for those who want to enjoy the kitchen even on vacation. It is equipped with toaster and microwave, freezer and fridge, coffee maker, kettle and kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine.
