None of the accessories were set at random, but deliberately chosen. The terraced villa (approx. 260 sqm) is situated in an olive grove , the villa has 2 large covered patios ( 24 sqm each ) panoramic sea views. The villa is on three levels : the ground floor includes an entrance hall with furnished living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room consists of two two-seater sofa with armchair and a coffee table, a dining table seating six , a television with satellite receiver. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette with four burners and gas oven, sink, dishes , cups, glasses, pots , cutlery, microwave. The bathroom has a shower.
