Extravagant and comfortable house (Loft of about 130 m²), ideal for families, small groups of friends and for all those who like to relax on vacation or before an important meeting. The neighborhood is very quiet and the view is gorgeous and is located on the most panoramic and prestigious hill in the city. There are large open spaces where you can enjoy a drink after the beach and tour in the old city or have dinner, refreshed by the wind breeze. This Loft is a large open space with plenty of seating. From this peaceful environment, it is difficult to believe that you are only 15-20 minutes from the center of Naples and one hour from Rome by train. The apartment is unique and is part of a villa with garden and swimming pool which made it a true oasis after visiting the city.
With the sea, the beach, bars, pizzerias, shops and restaurants so close it is very nice to stay here.
The patio is equipped with a hammock, table and chairs for 8 people. The garden has a solarium with 2 sunbeds, a sofa and two armchairs, there are also some benches in wood and stone.
The living room is airy and inviting.
In the evening you can hear the noise of birds from the nearby gardens while sitting comfortably on the sofa, reading a good book or simply relaxing after a walk in nature. The kitchenette is included in the dining room, has just been renovated and is designed for those who want to enjoy the kitchen even on vacation. It is equipped with toaster and microwave, freezer and fridge, coffee maker, kettle and kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine. In the open space there are 3 spaces with double (or singular) beds, intimate spaces both newly renovated create a welcoming, relaxing and even romantic atmosphere, two bedrooms have a window while the other door two portholes on the garden. The rooms have a private bathroom with emotional shower, there is also a comfortable anteroom. Thanks to the sofa bed and the sofa in the living room, there are 2 extra beds. So the house can accommodate up to 8 people, although in the space we can also accommodate a cot and a cot. Although the house is mostly naturally cool, both the living room and bedrooms have a fan. ENTIRE LOFT STYLE HOUSE is entirely reserved for guests is an annex of the Villa on the first floor on the pedestrian street:
we find 3 steps inside and a slight climb about 20m long. with 10 steps outside to reach the level of the driveway, garden and solarium from the house.
Another 300mt., Even uphill, from street level to the house, and if you don't have a car or taxi, you have to walk. For this reason alone, we do not recommend this home to people with mobility problems.

Garden and solarium are usable in every season
The small swimming pool is seasonal, operation between May and October is guaranteed, it is approximately 1.45 meters deep ... Children should be carefully supervised and armed with a life jacket. In our services, there is no control and no supervision.

The house is equipped with everything. Free Wi Fi. Guests will have at their disposal all the towels they will need, shower gel, shampoo and everything that is normally possible to find in a hotel room including hairdryer and iron with attached table (free on request) .
At guests' disposal - the necessary for a good awakening - coffee, tea, sugar, rusks, jam - usually we also offer our SURVIVAL Kit !!: the basis for preparing a plate of spaghetti so we offer pasta, salt, pepper, oil and spices especially if guests arrive at shop closing times or days.
In the fridge you will never miss a bottle of water and a couple of beers or a bottle of wine.
