Modern apartment with balcony in Chiaia district, a few minutes' walk from Piazza Amedeo, Piazza dei Martiri and the main shopping streets of Naples.



This recently renovated apartment is located on the fifth floor of an elegant condominium with elevator and doorman. The entrance opens onto the independent kitchen, equipped with a dining table, a microwave, a kettle and a dishwasher. From here guests will enter the living room, furnished with a double sofa bed, a television, and a balcony with outdoor armchairs and a coffee table. The sleeping area features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.



Guests will benefit from wi-fi, ironing facilities, air conditioning, and heating.

Strolling through Spaccanapoli, the street that cuts the city in half, one traverses its thousand-year history thanks to the presence of ancient palaces and churches, such as the Duomo di Napoli and the Maschio Angioino. If there is one place that symbolizes Naples, it is Piazza del Plebiscito, now a symbol of the new 'Neapolitan Renaissance' where tourists come to admire its grandeur and two jewels: the neoclassical colonnade of the church of San Francesco di Paola and the Royal Palace. Particularly to be noticed is the San Severo Chapel, which houses the sculpture of the Veiled Christ, one of the most fascinating and mysterious works to be seen in Naples, the work of Giuseppe Sanmartino.
