It is located in a peaceful haven, close to university campuses (ULB, VUB, Boston University, Kent University), the European School, restaurants, brasseries, caterers, a hypermarket: organic and classic supermarkets, and all services. It is a five-minute walk from two metro stations and bus stops (Hankar and Delta metro stations, and buses 34, 71, 72). It is four metro stations away from EU institutions and the Cinquantenaire Museum, as well as 15 minutes away from the city centre (Grand-Place, museums, the Royal Palace, Manneken-Pis, and much more). The Ring (ring road) and the road network to all local and European destinations are 5 min away. There is a closed and secured parking space in another building, a 4 minute-walk away.
