Grand Place - Spacious and Design Apartment in the Heart of Brussels

The support extended by the Property Manager from time to time was exceptionally good. The microwave oven developed a snag and the Property Manager promptly replaced it with a new microwave oven. He was always more than happy and prompt in answering all our queries. We would certainly like to visit again and stay at the same property.

This is a beautifully appointed, perfectly located property. We appreciated the many interesting, beautiful and unusual works of art throughout the apartment which added to our enjoyment of our eight day stay in Brussels. (Loved the huge photos) The furnishings are very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The location made it easy for us to travel throughout Brussels, on foot and via train. I wish i could give this place 10 stars. The location is amazing - only a minutes walk away from the Grand Place, Mannekin Pis, Delirium Cafe, and tons of other great sites and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Edouard was an amazing host to us - he let us store our luggage in their office prior to check in and moved it up to the apartment for us when it was ready which was very much appreciated and honestly above and beyond because we did not pack light ;) He was incredibly nice and helpful answering the few questions we had almost instantly. There is no way I'm staying anywhere else but here when we come back to Brussels.

We were welcomed by Pauliana and everything from then on was absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic so close to everything in Brussels. The apt is very clean and perfect for the 4 of us. We were blown away by this apartment. The only thing it needed was a few fans or AC. It was really unusually hot for Brussels. Would not hesitate in recommending this place and would stay there again for sure:) thanks

Loved our trip to Brussels, and our stay in this apartment . Everything is right at your doorstep, it's the perfect place to explore from. The apartment is warm and comfortable with everything you need. The water in the fridge was an added bonus!

We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation. The train station was 5 minutes away as was the center of town, the Grand Place. The apartment was modern and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was wonderful, stocked with glasses, silverware and dishes and there was a Nespresso coffee machine. The washer and dryer, also in the kitchen enabled us to bring one suitcase between the two of us. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for the two of us. The street is quiet with little traffic and the apartment was directly over the management office. Edouard or an associate was available for any question or assistance during the weekdays. They were personable and professional and we liked knowing that they were always around if we needed them. We did not need a car and used the trains to visit Antwerp, Brugge, Ghent, Liege and Haarlem, all of which we highly recommend. Another must if you are a beer drinker is the Delirium Café. It is nothing to look at inside, but the beer choices are worth the trip! It was magnificent and unforgettable as was our entire trip!

Stayed here with our family of 5. This location and the set up was just what we needed. We were able to walk to all the places that we wanted to see. It is very close to public transportation, and the staff is great. There is a great Italian restaurant just down the block that was amazing. We were able to walk to two of our tours that started from the Grand Place, which is just a couple minutes away. Took the train to Amsterdam and Central Station is just a 10 minute walk away. It was also nice to have a place with 2 bathrooms instead of just one. Worth the cost, you won't be disappointed.

Having rented properties all over the world for the last 16 years and being owners of a luxury rental home in the USA, we have seen some of the best and also not so great property rentals all over the world. This rental knocked our socks off! Seriously, whomever designed and decorated it thought of everything you would want as a guest. Top notch decorating touches, a Nespresso Machine with coffees, water and coke in the fridge, flat screen TV's in living room and both bedrooms. It's in a very safe and secure building in a safe area of town, walking distance to just about everything you would want to do and see while in Brussels. There are tons of restaurants and upscale shopping just around the corner. Edouard and everyone involved were very helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, the beds were comfortable, and the flat was very spacious and clean. We also very much appreciated the Nespresso machine :) Check in and check out went smoothly, and Edouard was very accommodating to our needs. It was also very convenient to have the Charles Home business office right downstairs from the flat. We will most definitely be staying here again, and look forward to it.
