Available for stays of 2 weeks or more, this spacious three storey property is situated right in the heart of Dinard. Over three storeys there are five bedrooms, a bathroom, two shower room including an en-suite to the main bedroom, lounge, dining room and kitchen. With off road parking, wifi and a private garden area, it is an ideal long term family home. brThe house comfortably sleeps ten. There are three double rooms; two on the top floor from where, at a stretch, you can get a sea view and a third on the ground floor which has an antique double bed and furniture. There are two twin rooms - the one on the top floor has bunk beds and a small balcony while the one on the ground floor has a patio door leading out into the front garden area. There is a bathroom on the first floor with a large bath and shower facility, a shower room and en-suite shower room on the top floor and wash basins in three other bedrooms. Toilets are located on all floors. The kitchen, dining room and lounge are located on the first floor. The kitchen is at the back of the property with steps down into the garden. There is a cooker with three gas and one electric ring and an electric oven. There is a fridge with a small freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee making machine. A ful fridge freezer is located on the ground floor. The dining room overlooks the road at the front of the house. It contains a large sideboard, dining room table with seating for 8 and two chairs by the window, perfect for relaxing with a book while watching the world wander by. The lounge again is located at the front of the property. It has two setees - one seats four comfortably and the other seats three. The television receives both English and French channels. There are plenty of DVDs and a CD player. There is a washing machine on the ground floor and washing line in the garden. There is a large private area at the back of the property, a garden table which seats 8 and a sun lounger. There is ample off road parking along the side of the house.
