The Ty Enogat flat comprises a lovely 23 m² living room totally open onto the lounge/living room and kitchen. There is a lovely, bright bedroom and a bathroom (with walk-in shower). Private parking is available in the residence's underground garage.

- You're just a 15/20-minute walk from the lively Saint-Enogat district, with its many restaurants, cafés and grocery shops, as well as the superb Saint-Enogat beach. The famous Dinard Thalasso is located in Saint-Enogat.
- The fabulous Dinard market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is a 20-minute walk from the town centre. If you choose to come by car, there is plenty of parking.
- The town's geographical position means that you can quickly reach the main roads leading to the town, allowing you to take advantage of the major tourist attractions (the Rance dam, Dinan, Saint-Malo, Cap Fréhel and neighbouring villages such as Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac, Lancieux, etc.).
