Stayed Jul 21, 2025We had a wonderfull in this charming house with 10 family members. The layout was excellent (enough bathrooms, teens slept downstairs and adults upstairs :-) and it was equipped with many conveniences, including a fully stocked kitchen. The washing machine was also a big plus. Everything was well supplied (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, spices, etc.). Within a 5-minute walk, you reach the market square, the beach, and restaurants. A beautiful, clean, and atmospheric seaside town with several beaches. Within 15 minutes by car, you’re in Saint Malo. Highly recommended!The only point for improvement would be to give the house a bit more attention in terms of maintenance: exterior paintwork, cabinets/doors (locks) that don’t close properly—but it didn’t spoil the fun!

Stayed Aug 20, 2024Overall, location was great. 2 blocks from the market, restaurants and beach, 12 minutes from St Malo. Classic Bretagne stone house with most amenities anyone would need. Owner is responsive and communicates well.

Stayed Jul 30, 2024We had a wonderful time at Elaine's place in Dinard. The house is fantastic, the perfect size for a multi-generational family trip! The location is fantastic, with super easy access to the town and both beaches nearby. Communication with Elaine was superb, she was incredibly helpful and made our stay really easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 24, 2022The property is in an ideal location close to the beach and the lovely market and shops . Care must be taken with small children due to steep steps but Elaine highlights this in her property description. The top of the house has new bathrooms but the ground floor is dated and clearly awaiting renovation. Our family had a wonderful time and would stay there again.
