It can easily accommodate up to 8 people. brWith an incomparable rustic style, the exterior area in this two-storey town house is very beautiful. The lovely views to the mountains keep the true protagonist's -the pool- company. This is a private chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 4 metres and that has a water depth that goes from 0.9 to 2 metres. It's encircled by the great lawn area where you can bask in the sun as well as on the 5 sun loungers. Next you find a great porch where you can enjoy the best banquet cooked on a barbecue together with the exterior furniture perfect for a coffee after lunch and the table tennis to have a little fun. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.brbrEntering the flat you will find a spacious and practical kitchen-living-dining room. The living area is equipped with two sofas, satellite TV and DVD player. Just behind are the dining table and the kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, oven and everything you need for cooking. Holibikes coffee shop is metres away and there is a supermarket and The Store Formentor Deli and Bistro just around the corner. brbrWith newly installed air-conditioning throughout, the accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a master king size bedroom and second bedroom with two single beds which can be made up as a double bed if required. There is one en-suite shower room with the master bedroom and separate bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom. We have a fully fitted kitchen which includes a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and, new in 2026, oven and separate microwave. There are also the little luxuries such as a toaster, water filter jug and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a separate laundry area off the kitchen with a washing machine and drying area. The bright airy living area, with air-conditioning/heating unit, leads to a balcony with seating and a wonderful view between the original front line properties, to the pine walk and sea. Guests also have access to the rooftop luxury terrace with shaded seating, and views over the bay to Alcudia, perfect for private sunbathing. pWe are proud to offer you this charming 4-bedroom house located in the old town of the beautiful town of Pollensa. The property has recently been the subject of a careful and careful renovation process that has managed to retain the original essence of the home, and during which high quality materials have been used.
