Well-presented newly renovated townhouse - fondly furnished with an eye for detail - located in the heart of the charming old Town of Pollença, with its' historic narrow streets. Can Bons Aires offers spacious 3 bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms and the third one holds a small bathtub. The house has a nice terrace and a modern patio with plants and space for dining and sunbathing, completed with a BBQ and a shared swimming pool. <br>
On the ground floor, the property comprises: entrance hall with a maroquin style bench, small guest toilet, dining area leading into the kitchen and adjacent is the utility space (complete with Miele washing machine and dryer).

On the first floor there is one king-sized bed room, with a bathroom next to it, there is a Turkish steam bath and a living room with a TV. A cosy terrace with chairs and sofas for relaxing can be accessed from the living room.On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, one king-size double bed and a twin beds room.All bedrooms and the living room are fitted with air conditioning, separate heating and floor heating on the ground level.

Within a two-minute walk you find the Plaza Mayor, where the famous Sunday market is held, and all fiestas and activities take place. You will also find numerous local restaurants and bars interspersed with artisan shops and boutiques. A trip to the lovely beaches at Cala San Vicente (4 kms) and Puerto Pollença(6 kms) offers you various beach-based activities including sailing, wind surfing, kayaking, jet skiing, glass bottom boats, and fishing boats.

    This is truly a lovely property. Incredible location, very clean, beautiful interior/exterior decoration, and didn't lack anything that was needed for a week's stay with two kiddos. Very cozy place for the whole family.

    Truly magical place in excellent location - 2 min walk to the main square and all of the great restaurants. Beautiful house with a pleasant backyard. We will be back!

    Excellent property in Pollenca, the space is great for a family or group of friends. The property was as described, fully equipped with all the essentials including coffee, wine on arrival etc and was a lovely place to stay. It has a great outdoor space which gets the sun for most of the daytime and is great for BBQs/dining in the evening if you don't take the small walk up to the main square for dinner. As noted in other reviews, the garden / pool is shared with the property owners but we only saw the owners twice during our week stay and they were lovely and very helpful. It was a fantastic experience and we were vey sad to leave - will definitely stay here next time we are in Mallorca.

    Beautiful house, great location and lovely owners. The pool area is in front of the owner's adjoining property and so we were aware of the noise of our kids but hopefully not too disruptive to their day to day life.

    Great place to stay. The house has been renovated with eye for detail. High quality level. The folding door to covered terrace created a big open space to live. The location is brilliant: literally around the corner of very photogenic Pollença old town with its great shops and restaurants. We spent quite some evenings on the Plaza Mayor. 15min by car to the fabulous beach at Port d’Alcudia. We had a great stay and highly recommend this house.

    We loved our stay and would absolutely return and recommend to others. We particularly liked the location and the pool which was perfect for our young family. We had use of this to ourselves while the owners were away for most of our trip. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the Turkish steam room.. maybe next time!Pollenca old town is just lovely and it is only a short car ride to the beach at the port (we hired a car). Again, a perfect beach for our young family. We did find it tricky to park on the streets (they are very slim and there are limited places you can park), however their is a public car park about 6/7 mins walk which suited us just fine. We essentially spent our time, while our kids napped, plotting how we could one day own a townhouse in Pollenca…Fingers crossed!

    Such a wonderful place to be, we didn't want to leave! Everything was perfect from start to finish - spotlessly clean, great interiors, fully equipped with everything you need. This is our second visit to Pollença as we find it such a warm and inviting town, the house is located two minutes walk from the main square which is just what we wanted. The lovely owners live in the adjoining property, and were so helpful and delightful - they've done a beautiful job. Highly recommended!! ??
