The living/dining room is a great space to kick back and relax in the evenings once night has drawn in with a flatscreen television, music system and complimentary Wi-Fi. You have double doors that lead from the dining room and out onto the terrace.
The modern kitchen has all necessary appliances. Here you can prepare some fabulous meals or simply enjoy your morning coffee sat out on the beautifully spacious poolside terrace and admiring the views of the lush greenery for miles around.
Can Patricia has a fantastic pool with extra wide steps that invite you in to take a dip and cool off from the Spanish heat whilst admiring your beautiful natural surroundings. If you like to be closer to the sun, the second floor offers a lovely sun terrace, great for catching some rays.  
Located close to the old town, this villa is in a great location to head out and explore the local culture and traditions that Mallorca has to offer, with the beach being a short drive away also.
