The location is very good with a short walk into the town square which has a large number of good restaurants and shop.

No owners manual with basic information with emergency contact numbers for police , doctors , hospital etc No operating instructions for oven which was so old that there were no markings left on dials Welcome pack in listing - Nothing Microwave in listing - Not one until half way through after chasing this up Table Tennis in listing - unusable Freezer broken - food wasted When I advised property manager that we needed a microwave to reheat food I was told to use the pots and pans and do this the old fashioned way When I advised about the freezer being broken , I was told that the engineer had been contacted , we were there for a 2 week holiday and this was not repaired Towels were not changes at all in the 2 weeks All in all this villa has the potential to be a great holiday home with very little cost but instead they are all about maximising profit , in my opinion they will not get the returning trade that most businesses thrive on

This was the best villa we have been to in Pollensa area It has everything we need and we can walk every morning for our early coffee at the charming square The villa was very clean at arrival, the kitchen is fully equipped and loved the garden with the nice views I come often to Mallorca for cycling and this is my favourite Maria is excellent host she assist us in may villas in this area we always rent with Maria Highly recommend this villa!

We stayed 10 nights in this property which was just on the outskirts of Pollensa with easy walking access to the town center and a short drive to the beach it was ideally positioned. The property was well equipped with my three sons enjoying the Table Tennis and the pool and the air con was well used with the warm nights. Mercedes was a great host and responded quickly to any requests with What’s App the easiest way to communicate.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa with our 3 children. The villa had everything we needed. Our teenage daughter was in the downstairs bedroom with ensuite which was ideal for her. The boys were in the twin upstairs and there is a good sized double room too. The kids loved the pool and we’re in it lots when not playing table tennis. Air con was a god send with the heat wave! Villa is Just over the road from Pollença old town ,a 10 min walk to the square if that. On a Sunday morning from about 10-2 is the market in the town which is well worth a visit. 10 mins drive to port de pollensa which is a great place. We hired bikes from 2 go cycling in port pollensa , the ladies in shop were great and it was only €50 for all 5 of us for 4 hours. Really great villa, we will be back and Thankyou Mercedes for all your help.

The location of the villa could not be better - great to be able to walk into the square of an evening or indeed at any time of the day. The villa itself is in need of a little attention. Fixtures and fittings require mending in places. As a holiday villa I felt it was quite poorly equipped compared with others I have visited. Usually when you arrive at a villa there is at least a few things left behind by previous visitors, or indeed provided by the owner/manager. There was absolutely nothing. Not even a tea bag. No cleaning products left by cleaners in case of emergency spillages. Most unusual. The villa was clean on arrival (unless you removed things) other than the utility. Utility was also very untidy - getting to the fire extinguisher in case of emergency would have been tricky and first aid box, although equipped, lacked plasters, possibly the most likely requirement. No instructions on use of washing machine/cooker etc. We had cause to contact the manager on several occassions - in my opinion all of those things should have been checked before our arrival - but everything was put right once brought to their attention. I know we visited quite a way into the season but we actually paid as much, if not more, than those who had the chance to visit at the beginning of the season. No excuse really. We left quite a few things in the villa kitchen/fridge, I hope the next visitors were able to make use of them. Tracking down the cleaners was also a little tricky and once they did arrive were only there for half an hour! No sweeping of the eating area outside etc. Same with pool man, however that was clean and beautifully clear. Outside we were pleased to see the addition of a sitting area which wasn't shown on the description - really nice. Sunbeds ok but a little tired. No outside umbrella for shade. BBQ was good - however - no BBQ tools. Table tennis a great idea (was actually broken on one side but not too much of a problem) Having said all of that the villa was adequate, we managed and had a lovely holiday. Be warned - the electric gate is on a time delay - if you don't get your vehicle out quickly - it will get you!!!!!

I was unsure about booking a villa direct but Mercedes was very helpful and everything went smoothly for arrival and departure. Any questions I had before I arrived were always answered promptly. The villa is lovely. Modern inside and has a great outside seating area. It's clean and everything worked. The kitchen is really well equipped for eating in and we also used the BBQ. The pool is perfect for kids and the garden was good for playing games. Well equipped down to buckets and spades if you fancied the beach. It's a 15 min walk to Pollenca old town square and a 5 min car ride to Puerto Pollenca. I would definitely return.
