Modern beachfront house with pool

this is very likely the best house in La Ventana--exceptional design (both the house and the interiors), exceptional location (world class kite boarding and viewing of kite boarders), great communication and easy check in and check out. Bev who manages the process could not have been more helpful and our family hopes to visit again.

We've stayed at lots of great homes over the years, but this was by far the nicest. Bev, the manager, was great, and assisted with things like finding child care and a private chef for our stay. We chose Rocio as our chef for the duration of our stay, and the food was delicious. We're highly recommend both Rocio and this home.

I wish I could rate this property, check in, hosts-everything a 100 out of 5! Everything was wonderful!! The house design was perfect, every design element from the stone sinks to dimmers to backlit light to toys for the kiddos and a quick warming spa-this entire experience was worth every penny. Thank you to the hosts Lindsay and Bev for the immediate responses and for assistance with stocking the house with drinks per our specifications prior to arrival and arranging transport to/from hotel.

We had the most amazing time here. The property was everything and more. Highly recommend dinner by chef Rocio and breakfast by Raul! Wish we could have stayed longer! We all will definitely return.

I had the opportunity to stay at Casa Perla with the whole family for 17 nights during the holidays and we enjoyed it very much. Super clean, comfortable and specious, in addition of being very nicely decorated. We had a great time during our stay and would definitely stay again at Casa Perla. Bev is a super host that takes care of all of your needs and responds quickly to all of your inquiries.

Casa Perla, is an incredible property in La Ventana. It is located on the best part of the beach which stretches from town to the south. The views from the house of Isla Ceralvo are fantastic. The luxurious home is immense with modern details and ammenities throughout. There is an additional casita on the property which is beautiful space all alone. The outdoor space, including a large pool, spa, numerous seating areas and perches is spectacular. The local property manager and on-site handy man are incredibly helpful too. We will definitely return!

This is definitely the place to go if you want to disconnect. The property was spotless and exactly as described. Bev was waiting for us upon arrival and gave us the rundown of the property. Mario the caretaker was available but not conspicuous. I would definitely recommend a dinner or two by Ruben. He is really an excellent chef and has trained in some of the best restaurants in Mexico City (Four Seasons and Niko). His reductions are absolutely sublime. The breakfasts prepared by Raul and Gustavo were excellent. make sure to ask Gustavo to bring pan dulce hand made by his grandmother. It is absolutely fantastic. Raul also runs the Baja Bar and Grill two doors down and is a mezcal resource if you are interested. He also hand muddles his fruit based margaritas and caparinhas. They are not to be missed. If you are into kite boarding or want to learn, La Ventana is the premier destination in Mexico. The fishing and diving are also fantastic. Do not hesitate to book Casa Perla, you will not regret it!!
