The ideal place for nature lovers lose themselves in unique moments.brbrThe house is located in the municipality of Nordeste, in the parish of Lomba da Pedreira.brbrThe construction of the house dates from the year 1915, benefiting from a privileged place, suspended in a high, surrounded by mountains and vast green areas, has one of the most emblematic views to watch the sunrise.brbrThe House comes as our project, Nelia and Peter, in a place where we have roots, childhood memories and that is our refuge.brbrThe house was-degraded in ruins and was recovered by us during 2015. We seek to maintain the identity of the house, privileging the magnificent view and location in a quiet location conducive to a vacation where the contact with the natural elements is a constant.brbrGood night, the house is near the village of Nordeste, in four minutes range by car, or 20 minutes walking.brbr There you have two restaurants and five bars were you can eat and drink, the cafe's and bars are open until 00H00 and more.brbrIn the Vila do Nordeste, you have three supermarkets, that are open all week from 09H00 to 18H00, at the weekend only stay open from 09H00 to 12H00 on Satruday, and at Monday only one open's from 09h00 to 12H00, you have to a fishmonger and a meet house.brbr When we make the chek-in, i will give all the indications of the best places to go, to eat, to go to the sea and many other sugestion.brbr I have in house a lot of maps, flyrs, books with photos, about the places to go in Nordeste.brbrIn christmas season we have on the island and in the northeast village, many activitis in the cities and vilas the streets are illuminated with lights and are displayed several nativity scenes related to the birth of jesus, some in size as the village of furnas placed between hot springs, other mechanized and other in clay figures made by hand and painted.brbrIn the city of Ribeira Grande there are many prespios in the churches and museums open to the public in the city of the logo. Our house called CASA BELA VISTA , which means HOUSE BEAUTIFUL VIEW . You will have a beautiful view to the village of Predreira and the seafront . The most beautiful is the L -shaped , covered , hidden porch with your own jakuzzi. brTwo old about 150 years old, built of volcanic stone houses were converted into a new, very light and airy overall structure. The area between the two old houses is now the living and dining area, the two old houses are the bedrooms. The interior of our Casa leaves nothing to be desired. The light-filled (new indirect lighting) living living room has a wood stove, has a internet TV, CD player (with many CD's), blue-tooth to connect with your smartphone and a free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances (incl. Dishwasher) and allowed to cook good to cook and bake. Here is a dining table with 6 chairs and a sofa. 2 bedrooms with new mattresses on the beds and proper duvets (unknown in the Azores) guarantee a healthy and restful sleep. One set of bedding, and two towels per person and week are included in the rental price. The bathroom with toilet and built-in bathtub is spacious and bright and airy because of three windows.
