Designed by a leading architect, this lovely villa offers a spacious open plan lounge which has the added advantage of completely sliding glass curtains to 2 sides. These can be easily retracted, opening up the whole room to the terrace which has dining furniture and a coffee area and also direct access to the sun bathing area with 4 sun loungers and the private heated salt pool which is lit up at night. The villa has been beautifully decorated by European Property Award winning interior designer Andrea Bock, in a contemporary style, fitting with the ambience of La Finca, which is well known for its luxurious finish and styling. The lounge features a chaise longue with reclining back, a fireplace and a stunning home theatre with 77” Sony AI OLED T.V. stealth acoustics, Apple TV and IPTV box in various languages. The dining area seats 8, open plan to the fully equipped kitchen with island, double fridge freezer, a tap which provides filtered drinking water and a Nespresso machine with foamer. The crockery is white fine bone china. Adjacent is a utility room with washing machine also accessible from the garden. On the ground floor is a large double bedroom with zip lock beds which can be set as double or 2 x single beds, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the garden. It is normally made up as a double and if twin beds are required it must be notified in advance There is also a further W.C. on the ground floor. The marble staircase takes you to the upper floor where there are 3 further bedrooms. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and huge picture windows to 2 sides with access to the large upper terrace which has stunning views to the sea. It has a king sized (180) mattress. Bedroom 3 also has zip lock beds which can be made up as either a double or 2 single beds and direct access to the upper terrace Bedroom 4 has a king sized bed (150) and direct access to the upper terrace which has 2 sun loungers. There is a further bathroom with double shower for the use of upper bedrooms 3 and 4. The villa is fitted throughout with high quality electric blinds. All bathrooms are finished in marble and have under floor heating. There is air conditioning throughout. The terrace is fitted with electric awnings which retract automatically if the wind picks up. The salt water pool is maintained by the on- site staff and can be heated if required. There is a gated private entrance with parking for two cars on the grounds. brN.B.
