Description

With unobstructed views of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea on a clear day you can see the outlines of Morocco and Gibraltar. The house is on a large terrain of approximately 10,000 m2 allowing for privacy.There is a pool and outdoor bar and sitting area area as well as a top level newly refurbished tennis court great for competition training or just friendly games. The property runs down directly to the beach with a long expanse of lawn with lots of space for kids to play and run. The yard ends at the beach where a number of restaurants can be found within walking distance.
The house has 5 main bedrooms, 4 on the ground floor, each with attached bathroom, one bedroom upstairs also with attached bath, plus a downstairs maids/extra children's room. In the main house there are a total of 6.5 baths including an attached bathroom for the downstairs smaller room. There are two outside bathroom areas with showers near the pool. The house is easy access mainly on one floor with a large open living room that flows to the dining room and kitchen area. Outside the dining area is an outdoor space for dining as well. The kitchen and most bathrooms have been recently fully remodeled. The house has air-conditioning.

This is a fantastic Villa!! It is spacious, beautifully decorated, with good layout and design. The grounds are well kept with greenery and gardens The pool and. and attached bar area and shower s are great. The sea view from the living room huge window is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked. Eight of us had a wonderful time at the Villa and recommend it to anyone

We were attending our son’s wedding which happened to be at the Capela Immaculada Conception which is very close to the villa. I did not know at time of booking villa. Wonderfully well stocked villa in beautiful grounds with access gate to the beach. Housekeeper and gardener live on site so could contact them if necessary. Would certainly recommend this property for a family stay.

We were a family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) and we just loved the place. Lorie was great with the informations and Antonio on site, was always willing to help. Very good restaurants near by. A vacation to remember.
