This superb apartment is located in the centre of Marbella overlooking the beach and Paseo. With numerous cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from, the beach and port all next to the apartment, you couldn't want for a better location for a relaxing hassle free holiday. You will enjoy ambling around the narrow lanes of Marbella Old Town and visiting Marbella's glitzy neighbour of Puerto Banus - a short taxi or bus ride.

Walking into the apartment, the first thing you notice is the amazing view from the lounge - the beach and sea! The lounge has a dining area, flat screen TV and wifi throughout. There are patio doors onto the terrace where there is a table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or drink, whilst enjoying the seaview. There is a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.

There are three bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a king size bed and also has a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom a sofa bed with a pull-out single bed. The apartment sleeps a total of 6 people.

There are two bathrooms one with a bath with shower and the second with a shower.
