Nothing else is inside the home.br brYou can smoke and relax on the patio but do not smoke inside the house.brbrShower before using the hot tub. Add disinfection powder after each use of the hot tub.brbrNo extra guest will be allowed to sleep over other than registered.br1. The hot tub is for private users only, please do not invite others to enjoy other than registered occupants;br2. Take a shower before jumping into the hot tub;br3. No more than 4 people allowed to use the hot tub at the same timebr4. Please add one bag of sanitizer from the zip bag near the patio door after each use (very important) to keep the water safe for next users. No more no less please.br5. No glass containers for drinks when using the hot tubbr6. No pee or spill allowed in the hot tub, the service guy can test the water and find it out, a big fine ($500) will be issued if the system needs to be drained or deep treated.br7. Do not play phone or recharging phone inside the hot tub. it is your sole responsibility.br8. Children use hop tub shall be supervised by adults and the adults will be fully responsible.br9. No children allowed to setup the murphy bedbr10. No extra guests allowed to sleep at the unit other than registered through reservation; br11. Ski and Snow Board are NOT allowed inside the unit. Wax are prohibited inside the Home; you could be charged up to $500 if you do sobr12. If neighbor guests make noise, please dial 911 directly as per local law. we are not responsible to control the neighborhood as this is a tourism town.

Their contact info can found in the suite.brbrPROPERTY PET RULES: By proceeding to book this property, you agree to all the pet policies listed below if you are bringing a well behaved dog: brbr1) One well behaved, trained dog up to 50 pounds is welcome to stay in the suite. NO dog under 1 year old is permitted.br2) The pet fee is $150 plus taxes and does NOT cover additional damage that the dog causes in the suite. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. br3) Dog must stay in a crate when owners leave it in the suite alone. br4) The dog must not leave excessive hair on the furniture, and you should bring dog blankets should the dog want to sleep on the bed or go on the sofa. Any damage to the white linens in the suite from the dog will be charged back to you (muddy feet, torn linens, unremovable stains, etc). We leave beige dog towels that you must use to clean the dog prior to entering the suite. br5) The dog CANNOT be left alone in the suite unless it is crated, and it CANNOT bark or howl disturbing other guests. A security company may be called should your dog be making excessive noise and the callout fee of $200/callout will be charged back to you. br6) Dogs are absolutely not allowed to use the balcony or patio as a bathroom.
