While Airbnb guests may be viewed with skepticism, rest assured, we are fully licensed by the City of Calgary. Should you need any assistance, have inquiries about the unit, or encounter any issues with check-in, feel free to reach out to us directly. We're here to promptly address your concerns.brbr2. Kindly avoid wearing shoes on the bedroom or living room floor.br3. Before leaving the unit, kindly ensure to turn off all lights.br4. Ensure that the stove, coffee maker, toaster, and other appliances are all shut off br after usebr5. Please refrain from using hookahs, candles, or any open flames, including smoking br marijuana or tobaccobr6. In the event of losing the key fob to the unit - a replacement fee of $200 per key fob will be applied. Please keep them secure and ensure to return it at check out.br7. In case towels or sheets are stained with makeup, lubricants, or any other non-removable stains, a charge will be applied: $50 per sheet and $25 per towel.
