You`ll have a driveway with a few parking spots available to you.brbrWe are on a well and septic tank, so please don`t flush anything but toilet paper down the toilets. brbrThis home is right on the airstrip, so you will hear noise from airplanes taking off and landing in the neighborhood. The house has well insulated windows. However, you`ll still hear some noise from the planes, both inside and outside of the home.brbrYou may occasionally see people on the grounds utilizing the garage or hangar, providing snow plow or lawn services, or taking out the trash, though you`ll otherwise have private access to the home.brbrYou`ll need to sign a waiver before your stay regarding the rules of the nearby airstrip and the hot tub.brbrThere is a private outdoor area at the home-- though because the home is in a neighborhood and we want to be good neighbors, there are quiet hours outside after 9pm.brbrThis home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. There is no camera involved and it does not record sound.br• This home is on an airstrip & has a hot tub, so please keep a close eye on children at all times.br•You may walk on the taxiway airport but you are prohibited from being on any of the gravel, pavement or grass strips. All the grass on either side of the taxiway are active runways. Driving is prohibited on the runway.br• You must agree to a waiver regarding the airstrip and hot tub before staying at the property.br• All vehicles must fit in the driveway.
