It is a two-tone gray building with white trim and a diamond shape on the front. The condo unit is located on the FIFTH FLOOR. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the unit or on the balcony. Also, no pets, except those belonging to owners, are allowed. The condo has an oversized bubble-shaped balcony, which can be accessed from both the living area and the master bedroom. The condo has a KEYPAD entry so you do not have to keep up with keys.brbr The balcony has one round table, four chairs, and a cushioned lounge chair with a side table. Black-out drapes cover both sets of windows and doors. You can sleep late or open the drapes and watch the sun rise. The condo has almost 1,100 square feet with nine-foot ceilings, seven-foot doors, crown molding, granite countertops in the kitchen, and corian countertops in the bathrooms. brbr The condo has been completely repainted, and 20-inch porcelain tile has been installed throughout the condo. The condo is not in front of an elevator so noise is not a problem.brbr The living area includes a new sofa that opens into a queen-sized bed, an oversized chair, a recliner, 40-inch flat screen TV, DVD player, and CD stereo sound system.
