Bella Vista by Liquid Life

This place is so perfect for a large family get together. Everyone has their own space, but the large common areas make it so perfect for game nights too! The beach access was great. The location is far enough that there is no traffic to deal with, but such easy access to everything. I'll definitely come back!

We just had a weeks stay and we wanted to share our pros and cons to help you with your decision. Pros - having two refrigerators was very nice. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The ice machine as handy and the pool was fun. Cons - furniture was gross. Didn’t want to sit on most of it. Your access to the beach is shared with the public. They are working on building up the beaches, so had very murky water and very annoying heavy equipment running literally right next to us. Only one washer and dryer and they don’t work that great. Clothes came out just as dirty as they went in. No umbrella on back porch so made it hard to enjoy sitting out there during the day and lighting was awful to sit at night. Deck gets so hot! Cannot walk on it without shoes.

In town with our team for a state championship. A great home! So nice! A bathroom for every bedroom. Would highly recommend for large groups.

My son and his fraternity brothers from University of South Carolina had wonderful time!

We brought our extended family (18 of us ranging from 1-65yrs) to stay at Bella Vista for fall break. The house was perfect for our needs and the double refrigerators and dishwashers made meals simple. The pool was small, but the kids had a blast in it and beach was just steps away. The only downside that was not explained was that the private walkway to the beach advertised also joined a public beach access that ran beside the house so we constantly had traffic beside and a few times up to our house. Otherwise, we loved our time at Bella Vista and made memories of a lifetime.

We stay four families, we all have a great time, enough rooms each with bathrooms which make it very convenient. Good size kitchen. Our kids and adults enjoy very much the beach on this sunny days and relax at nights at the pool. Thanks for the perfect home at the beach.

Nice home, lots of space and private baths. Well equipped kitchen. Take your own Keurig if you like to use kcups. It has two pots but both were drip brew. Ocean front, easy beach access. Maintenance responded when we needed and explained the first problem we were experiencing with elevator was because we didn't read instructions and the other was a known issue with planned repairs upcoming. Overall, the house is very nice and I would stay again.

The house was great but there was a sad lack of tables. There wasn't one big enough to do a large jigsaw puzzle on except the dining table and the round low one you would have had to sit on the floor. I had to use my suitcase as a table in my bathroom so all my stuff would be available. And we needed light blankets because the duvets were too hot and the sheets weren't enough . Not sure what the others did but I used a beach towel. Our ice maker died and wasn't repairable so we missed that. But, all in all, it was a good vacation.

House was mostly perfect. I would loved to have beach chairs and toys etc included with price and the outdoor furniture be more comfortable, but those are my biggest complaints so really no suffering here:)

No issues with house the bedrooms and bathrooms were the perfect setup for our family Wish we could have checked in on another day the traffic on Saturday was terrible! 7 miles took us 45 minutes totally unprepared for that! Also check your bill at restaurants we were charged 18% service charge for 6 of us. I decided to change that to 20%, but they added the 20% to the 18%.
