We were two families with kids ages 8-14 who were first time Antigua visitors and thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Sea House. It’s in a wonderful location with the best sunrises on the island. Yes, it is a bit remote (and on a dirt road), but that is what we were looking for. Getting to town was only about a 12 minute drive once we mastered the best path. From The Sea House, we explored many beaches and activities, including sting rays, Devils Bridge, zip lining, the west coast, all of Falmouth and English Harbours, etc. It was a wonderful time. We cooked breakfast at the house to start each day, we swam, fished from the beach/jetty and just enjoyed every moment of our time there. It was really hard to leave. The house is well appointed and thought out. Sean is an absolute gem and a great island resource. Tai is a wonderful owner with great communication. They made the whole process easy peasy. I would go back in a heartbeat. Book it, you won’t regret it.

The Sea House came as advertised. What an unbelievable view, the accommodations were top-notch. The decorating, couches, ice machine, filtered water on both floors, everything about the place was unbelievable. Including the incredible supply of herbs and spices. We had a total of 12 guests with plenty of space. Adult to age 11. The kids had a blast at the pool, playing billiards, and all the other games that they provided. Also the snorkel gear and coolers that you get to use is just going above and beyond and thinking of everything. Spent two days at the property just enjoying the pool and views, while the rest of our time venturing out to different beaches and adventures. We got a private chef one night. That was an absolute treat. He loved cooking at the house. Sean, the house manager was on it. Anything we needed or had a question about he was right there to help. Tai was super prompt in responding to any questions that we had. Antigua roads are not the best. And the road into the property is a bit rural. I would recommend a four-wheel-drive vehicle, We did a jeep and it was bouncy. I would recommend just a regular four-wheel-drive. It takes about 6 to 7 minutes to get through the rough drive. By day two I didn’t care because the home is so spectacular and Antigua is just amazing.

My husband & I took our college daughter & her friend on their Spring Break. We booked this beautiful property with stunning views on the water. The home is very very clean, well maintained & decor was beautiful. Everything you need is there, even spices to cook. I would absolutely get a 4x4 car as the road, like all roads in Antigua, is a dirt road. It’s not a must but recommended. We would absolutely stay here again. Tai the owner answers all your questions in a timely matter. He even sends you recommendations in a PDF form. I highly suggest going to Cloggy’s for dinner. Sean the property manager is great to help with anything you need or to answer questions on a day to day basis. Book it you wont regret it!
