Lovely home - inside & out. All the amenities. Open floor plan is perfect for gathering. Beds were very comfortable with soft linens. Quiet dead end street. Couldn’t ask for more!

Our stay in this Jamestown home was absolutely wonderful. The house itself is stunning — beautifully decorated with an eye for design and comfort. Every nook and cranny felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. It was immaculate, bright, and airy, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to local shops and restaurants in downtown Jamestown. It was truly a lovely place to stay, and we can’t wait to return!

This house was wonderful for our group visiting Jamestown for a wedding! We loved that it was walkable to downtown Jamestown, and just a short uber to Newport. House felt very clean and spacious, and was stocked with the basics which is always nice. The hosts were very responsive/helpful when needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house is beautiful, location is perfect and Matt is excellent. There was an issue at the house before we got there which he informed us about but Matt worked really hard and got it resolved before we even arrived. Such a great person to work with.

This home is beautiful and spacious with all the amenities. The location is right by the water with an easy walk to town center and marina. Just a short 10 minute drive or ferry ride into Newport. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. We will be back soon.

We were in Jamestown from Virginia for our son’s wedding. The house was beautiful and fully equipped. The bridge and water views were spectacular. Matt was very responsive to any questions and provided very useful information pre check-in. Check-in and check-out were very easy. We have already recommended Matt’s place to friends and anticipate staying here again.

This was our first stay in Jamestown as we're usually in Newport, however the location was great and still close to attractions. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The outdoor shower was perfect for washing sand off and cleaning our dog's paws. My Mom and son loved using the Peloton, and my husband was happy to finally try cooking on a Blackstone. We had a great time and would stay here again!

This property was beautiful and in a great location. Matt was an excellent host and when we had questions he quickly responded.

Last year, after a horrible experience on a different rental platform, I was ready to swear off vacation rentals forever. However, we switched over to VBRO and decided to try renting one more time. We chose Matt's place and I am so thankful we did. Matt's property is really amazing and was the best vacation we have had in a long time. The home is even better in person than the pictures. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked really well, and the home was close to tons of stuff. We can't recommend this property enough, and we would love to come back!

We had a lovely family vacation. The house was immaculate with plenty of space and tons of amenities! The hosts were super responsive (altho we didn’t need anything while we were there) and of course, Jamestown is just delightful!

This home was not only beautiful and clean but had so many extra touches that made it feel like more than a rental! The hosts didn’t miss a detail. We were visiting to celebrate our son’s graduation from medical school and brought along the 4 grandparents. It was a perfect home base for all of us. The beach is a short walk we all enjoyed. The younger crowd walked into town to a cute coffee shop one day! We used the fire pit and cooked in one of the nights. Everything was perfect. Thank you for a great stay and good memories!

Matt’s property was perfect! Clean, spacious, and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a wedding in Newport and Matt’s home was exactly what we were hoping for as a home base to come back to relax after wedding activities. 100% recommend.
