Stayed Oct 11, 2025Clean, comfortable place to stay while we visited the surrounding sites. Loved the outdoor deck but only got to use it once because of rain. Highly recommend this home. The neighborhood is so nice! Easy check in and check out.

Stayed Oct 7, 2025The place was lovely and we could see the water from the deck. The living space was comfortable and the largest bedroom was very spacious. The house was nicely decorated and we enjoyed our stay. Our host was a good communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. We would stay there again.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Very clean house with everything a person could need. We stayed during extreme heat conditions and the whole house was very comfortable with zone controlled AC.Sunsets from the deck were awesome in this quiet neighborhood. We would return again.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025We opportunistically booked three available nights just the week before. We’ve been to this house many times because it has a great location, it’s convenient to of course Jamestown, but also Newport and Narragansett. The house is well equipped, and well maintained and right outside. their are lovely walks and a wonderful neighborhood right by the bay.

Stayed Jan 8, 2025We've left positive reviews of this property in the past and nothing has changed. While of course a mid-winter stay is likely to be cold with less daylight, you still get the coastal view and quick access to Newport to the east or Narragansett to the west.
