Newly Purchased, and fully renovated cottage is available for both Newport music festivals. Jamestown is waiting for you at this adorable 2-bedroom cottage. The entire cottage was remodeled with an entirely new kitchen with quartz countertops to wood floors. Guests will find a cozy space featuring one king bed and two twin beds, perfect for a small group or family. The bathroom includes a relaxing new bathtub, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. It also boasts a private outdoor shower to enjoy after a long beach day. Whether you’re curling up with a book or enjoying quiet mornings, this wonderful cottage offers a peaceful retreat. The deck is huge and will have a new table and grill. We are located in a quiet neighborhood 2.4 miles from town and walking distance to Heads beach. I offer a beach wagon, chairs and umbrella for guests to borrow.
