Island Apartment in the Heart of Jamestown

The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Connie made sure I had everything I needed for my stay — even surprising me with fresh baked goods, which was such a warm and personal touch.The location couldn’t be better. I rented a car but never even used it because everything was within walking distance.I visited in February — yes, I flew to the East Coast in winter! I expected the cold, but I didn’t expect to experience one of the worst blizzards on record. The power went out a couple of times, but Connie and her partner quickly got the generator running to keep everyone warm and safe. She checked in on me via text to make sure I had everything I needed, which meant so much during the storm.The next morning, they shoveled the snow from the front door all the way to the sidewalk so I could get out safely. Later that day, they cleared the driveway and even moved my car for me.Hands down, this was the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!Thank you so much Connie! I’ll see you again, in the summer!

Immaculate, well-appointed space with off street parking. Lots of great restaurants nearby and close to Newport. Connie, the host was very sweet and did everything to make our stay perfect, including fresh baked goods!Definitely a 10!

Fabulous experience at the Island apartment in the Heart of Jamestown! The one bedroom unit is huge, has all the amenities of home, was so clean and updated and the location is perfect. Short walking distance to all that downtown Jamestown has to offer; many great restaurants, shops and the proximity to the water is so nice. The property owner is wonderful; very communicative and thinks of everything and more! She will surprise you with many thoughtful touches & extras. For those not knowing the area, Jamestown is a perfect central location for getting to Newport, Portsmouth and even Mystic, CT. This property has my highest recommendation! Thank you for a wonderful visit.

One of the best stays I’ve had in years! Location is PERFECT - it truly is in the heart of Jamestown. The space is large, very comfortable, and well appointed. The owner left no stone unturned - so many nice details from fresh baked items upon arrival, to beach gear, and local recommendations for dining, events, and activities. I can’t wait to return for another visit!

This place is absolutely amazing!! My husband and I wanted to get away for a long weekend and the apartment was available. It was so cozy, very clean, and just the perfect spot! Within walking distance to the beach, the ferry, places to eat, and shops. Connie is the best! She left us homemade cookies, snacks, and a gift for staying. She also had brochures available in the apartment. We also loved the pond with the fish and all of the around. Just beautiful! We will definitely be back someday!

First, it was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean! Host (Connie) met us when we arrived, showed us around, and told us about local dining and places to see; and then she left us to enjoy the apartment and the town.

The apartment is just as described. It was all recently updated and a very comfortable space for the two of us. Connie was an excellent host, there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. The homemade wine and cookies were delicious and very much appreciated. There's a host's book with lots of helpful information. The location was ideal, right on the main street, and a short walk to incredible restaurants, shops and the water. We hope to return soon!

We had a rare weekend without kids and this apartment in the heart of Jamestown was perfect! We kept the car parked all weekend and walked, biked and took the ferry to get around all weekend. Super convenient location and cute and cozy apartment. Highly recommended!

An absolutely beautiful spot from the cozy accommodations to the breathtaking gardens and koi pond! Home baked cookies and a Zucchini bread was a treat that lasted us our entire stay! The house is very neat and clean with many comforts of home! A short walk to restaurants , coffee shops and charming Jamestown center makes this rental the perfect place to stay!

Connie was absolutely the best host we had so far. She welcomed us with a basket of treats and homemade pastries. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. Connie was fast to answer our questions and made us confortable throughout our stay. The location on the main street was great, the firefighter station across the street was never an inconvenience.
