Villa Trogir is detached summer holiday family villa situated on Dalmatian coast, nearby city of Trogir, in a small village of Okrug Gornji on the Island of Ciovo. Island is connected by the bridge with Trogir, city under UNESCO World Heritage protection. Okrug Gornji pebble beach is approx. 2 min walking distance from Villa Trogir, perfect spot for summer Mediterranean active family vacation. Dalmatian old fishing village of Okrug Gornji with its 2km long pebble beach, crystal clear sea water, is perfect for family relaxation and summer fun. It is situated in a peaceful and private area and yet close to major tourist activities and hot-spots.

-Layout of the property:
Villa Trogir interior compromises of approx. 200 square meters of interior and 900 square meters property land, enclosed by walls all around for complete privacy.
Accommodates 9 persons (7+2) as follows:
The ground floor of Villa Trogir consist of living room connected with the dining room and kitchen total of 60 square meters open space with HVAC Air Conditioning unit. Living room and dining room are also connected with the terrace approx. 25 square meters equipped with adjustable sun shades and coffee table with chairs. Ambient lighting system, floor lamp and renewable Croatian artist paintings are adding to cozy and relaxed ambient.
Living room is equipped with: seating sofas, armchair, coffee table, small writing desk, Wi-Fi, large flat screen SAT/TV, DVD, Stereo Hi-Fi, PS2, concert guitar with note stand, additional chairs and wine rack with selection of top quality Croatian wines which can be purchased on site.
Dining room: Large expandable table with chairs connected with fully equipped kitchen which includes oven / hot plates, fridge / freezer, microwave, espresso and filter coffee machines, water cattle, toaster, table vacuum cleaner and dish washing machine.
Family type bathroom with hot water boiler, WC, bidet, shower, washing machine, and hair dryer is also located on the ground floor.
The first floor consists of four bed rooms and family type bathroom.
Master bedroom with balcony, sea side / island view and HVAC Air Condition unit have one double bed (1.60 m wide), two auxiliary single beds (90 cm wide). Night stands with lamps, safe deposit box and small children crib is also located in this room. Wi-Fi accessible.
Southern room with balcony, sea side / island view, with HVAC Air Condition unit, have one double bed (1.40 m wide), full length closet, armchair and night stands with lamps. Wi-Fi accessible.
Southern Western room with balcony, sea side / island view, with HVAC Air Conditioning unit, have two single beds (90 cm wide) which can be connected together to form double bed, night stand with lamp, armchair, Wi-Fi accessible.
Western room with balcony, sea side / island view, have one single bed (90 cm wide) and writing desk, Wi-Fi accessible.
Family type bath room with hot water boiler, WC, bidet and bath tube is also located on the first floor.

-Outside area:
In addition to all around balconies on the upper floor and terrace with adjustable sun screens and coffee table on the ground floor, outside area consist of private pool with illumination, wide sunbathing area with loungers, parasol, outer shower, portable bar, dirt bowling area, cultivated and illuminated Mediterranean gardens all around. The property is completely fenced and therefore suitable for children and pet.
Garden house is fully equipped with all amenities and utensils, BBQ, sink, fridge, gas cooker, swinging sofa, coffee machine, eating and relaxing area, sunbathing area with adjustable sun screen. Charming garden house is facing the gardens, pool and with bay view, secluded in order to provide tranquility and relaxed atmosphere. Wi-Fi accessible.
Safe and private parking for up to five family size cars, and two cars can be parked in the shadow area.
