It has two bedrooms – one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), the other with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) – both with air conditioning. A baby bed can be provided upon request. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet and its own washing machine.



The living and dining area is combined and modernly furnished, with TV, satellite TV, corner sofa bed (150 x 200 cm), air conditioning, coffee table and sideboard. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, cookware, crockery and cutlery.



The 24 m² terrace offers sea views, a dining table for 4 people and sun loungers. Separate access, bed linen and towels are included. Parking is available directly at the property. Pets are not allowed.



The location is calm, only 80 m from the sea, 300 m from restaurants and 900 m from the supermarket. Split Airport is 9 km away, Trogir 4 km and Split 26 km.
