Designer Apartment 10 meters from the sea

Large and clean apartment right next to the beach with good views. Great location and very friendly hosts.

We spend eight days in Okrug Gornji between Juli24th and 31st. in 2025.We received a very warm Welcome from our Hosts Anita and Dragan.We we're very well locked after.Whenever we had questions or problems Anita and Dragan always we're helping us.The apartment ist very well equipped.We fehlt all the time very comfortabel.We will come back again.Many thanks to Anita and Dragan.Great regardsHannelore, Marion, Jörg and Thomas

Dragan was an exceptional host. We had an issue with our rental car and he spent the time to help us sort it out since the customer service agent did not speak English. The property has a gorgeous view from which to enjoy the seaside from their patio. The small town and beach are just minutes away. A perfect, relaxing start to our vacation!

We had a marvellous time in this beautiful, spacious and very well equipped apartment. It is ideally located on the beach right beside marina, shops, bars and restaurants. Anita and Dragan were the perfect hosts, very friendly, helpful and communicative. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the spacious balcony. Otrug is an excellent base from which to explore Trogir by foot and all the other historical towns and national parks. We can highly recommend the apartment and will definitely come back! Thank you Anita and Dragan for a wonderful holiday.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful located in the perfect spot overlooking the beautiful bay with views to die for and just a minute or two walk to a variety of restaurants and all the lovely beach bars. My sister and I spent many hours just gazing out to sea from the balcony enjoying all the boating activities as well as the stunning sunsets. Our hosts Anita and Dragan were so helpful and kind. We enjoyed the walkability of this area. We were able to park our car at the apartment and walk to the beach and restaurants. There’s a gelato stand that accepts credit cards a few steps from the apartment which was great after a day of water activities. Our boat tour through Tamaris Charter was even able to pick us up right on the dock in front of the apartment. The hosts were very kind providing beach chairs and assistance as requested. Our favorite thing was the terrace for dining and ocean views with morning coffee. Thank you for a welcoming family stay.

This property is modern, clean and had all amenities for a long term stay. We stayed 26 days. Owners are right on property which is great. We loved our stay, which included our adult chidren (second bedroom and bathroom) and grandson (pullout couch private area). Beach right in front. The best amenity we thought is the balcony. We spent so much time there mornings and evenings. Parking for our 2 rental cars was provided. A short ride (5 Euro by taxi) into Trojir. But Okrug has a great beach with restaurants, beach bars, shops and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely recommend this property!

This apartment is fantastic as are the owners. Apartment is huge, clean, all the amenities, comfortable. Views from the balcony are absolutely beautiful. Owners go above and beyond for their guests. Croatians speak perfect English. Plenty of great restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. Walk out onto the beach. Split and Trogir are a must to visit. Both have beautiful old towns. You will definitely want to return to this apartment.

The appartment is located in front of the sea at 10m from the beach without road to cross. Very close from restaurants end supermarket. Very well furnished appartment Clean, very sunny and quiet Owner is available when needed but very discrete I recommand this appartment We styade with my wife and 2 tennagers on July
