Alfresco Villas is located in one of the most beautiful places of Lefkada. From the terrace you see not only the bay of Sivota with the sailing boats, but also the mountains on your left hand side and the Ionian Sea on your right hand side. In a word the view is breathless. Alfresco Villas is the umbrellaname for Villa Nirvana (upper villa) and Villa Tranquility (lower villa). The villas are nearly identically and suitable for large families and groups of up to 8 people. Because each well-equipped villa has its own access road, parking, infinity pool and terrace. The villas are located on the mountain slope on the west side of Sivota Bay, so you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise.
Sivota Bay is a picturesque harbor village in the south of Lefkada Island. By car it’s a 5 minutes’ drive from the village center to the villas.

Lefkada holiday rental Villa Tranquility in Sivota Greece, has its own access road with gate. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table, a living room with fireplace and a guest toilet. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath. Upstairs are the other 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The upstairs bedrooms each have its own terrace with seating area. Halfway through the week, the villa will be cleaned and the bed linen and towels will be changed.

The main terrace offers a dining table with 8 chairs and a comfortable seating area. At the swimming pool (32 m2) area you will find lovely sun beds. The infinity pool gives you the illusion that you are swimming straight out into the sea. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden. In the garden grow different herbs, which you may use to prepare a delicious meal. The outdoor kitchen has a wood-fired pizza oven and a BBQ.
